How EVANTEON handles information submitted through this website.

Information we receive

When you submit a project request, we receive the contact details, company, equipment information, battery requirements and other material you choose to provide. The website also records limited page-event data used to check site operation. Those events do not include an IP address, browser user-agent string or advertising cookie. Short-lived abuse-control identifiers are used to limit repeated automated requests.

How we use project information

We use submitted information to review the enquiry, prepare a response, discuss technical and commercial requirements, maintain the project record and support follow-up work. Project requests are stored in the EVANTEON enquiry system and sent to HubSpot CRM when the integration is available. Rejected CRM transfers are retained for retry; an uncertain delivery result is checked before resubmission. The submitted project brief may be sent to OpenAI to prepare an internal draft response; draft text remains internal. Automatic receipt emails use a fixed acknowledgement and project reference. EVANTEON controls subsequent project communication.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers used to operate the website, CRM, project communication and response drafting, and with parties required to evaluate or deliver the requested battery project. Records are retained for project handling, repeat enquiries, operational records and applicable legal obligations. Do not submit confidential design files through the public form; arrange an appropriate transfer method with our team.

Your choices

You can request deletion through Delete my data. When online deletion is available, an email verification link confirms control of the address before removal of the matching CRM contact and website enquiries. Verification and outcome emails contain only the information needed to process the request. A limited suppression identifier is retained to prevent the website from recreating the deleted CRM record. Backup copies are handled separately; deleting active records does not immediately erase backup copies. Transaction records required by law are handled separately.

You may also exercise applicable rights of access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional communications. Use the unsubscribe link where provided, or contact projects@evanteon.com.
